The Emmeline’s Lounge, situated inside Conrad Hotel, offers Traditional Afternoon Tea for £35 per person, and with Champagne £49. Children are charged at just £19.95. The afternoon collection is broad and the food is excellent. Especially, I liked the calm atmosphere and exclusivity the hotel provides for you. The tea room has blue and purple hues, which makes it special and you will make you feel relaxed. This is a good alternative for Ritz’s afternoon tea, the food still being of high quality and gives you a feeling of luxury. As the hotel is a part of Hilton, you can be ensured that they provide first class service. If you have a weekend off and fancy for some special time with family, try their “Aromas of Autumn” collection that is available until the 26th of November. From 27th on, they change to “A Wonderful Winter Afternoon Tea” that I highly recommend trying.
