Snow Bang is a limited company specialising in Acoustic Interior Design and we are committed to protecting and respecting our counterparties (clients, suppliers and various service providers) personal data and privacy.

For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation, Elise Auer, founder and Director of Snow Bang is a data controller, with registered offices at 238A Kingston Road, New Malden, Surrey KT3 3RN, UK.

Information that we collect from you

    • Bank details if we need to pay you or get paid by you in the course of our agreed business dealings.

      proposal for a project including pictures and floorplans of the premises, acoustic measurements
      and meeting notes.

Often, the processing of data is necessary for the performance of a contract; otherwise the processing is necessary for our legitimate interests as a data controller, unless these are overridden by your interests, rights or freedoms.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as we are in active communication with you. If we have not had any active communication for a period of more than six years, we will endeavour to delete your information.
